The Scorpion 8″ is equipped with a Intel Atom  Z8350 (Cherrytrail) Quad-Core processor. 64GB  flash memory and 4GB main memory as well as a capacitive multi-touch display form the perfect foundation for a daily use in industrial scenarios. The 8” IPS display, which is well protected behind Corning Gorilla Glass 3, offers a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, enabling a sharp display of all applications.

Versatile rugged tablet PC with many features for everyday industry

The 8″ rugged tablet PC is able to adapt to individual requirements, due to extensive equipment such as WiFi a/b/g/n, GPS / BeiDou, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC support, 3G/LTE modem and 1D/2D Barcode Scanner. A micro SDXC slot, 1 x USB 2.0, a 3,5mm audio port, and a micro USB port are also available. In addition, the 8″ – rugged tablet offers docking stations for applications in vehicles or in the office. The integrated 5,0 megapixel camera on the backside of the device can capture pictures, videos and documents in excellent quality. Drops from 1,2 m height are no problem, due to the shock resistant housing. A lithium polymer battery enables operating times of up to 10 hours under normal conditions of use.
